Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon

Thank you to St Andrews Hospital in Adelaide, who asked us to exhibit at their annual Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon.

I was lucky enough to have a chat with Sophie Thomson (above) from gardening Australia, who was a guest speaker at the event. Sophie’s amazing garden, Sophie’s Patch, is just down the road from Olive & Bee HQ in Mt Barker. I couldn’t miss the opportunity to tell Sophie about the all natural product we make down the road!

So why a breast cancer event?
During and after treatment from breast cancer, women are often put on medications that rapidly cause menopause. A side effect of this can be severe vaginal dryness, hence the need for a moisturiser. The skin is often sensitive, and so a natural product such as Olive & Bee may offer relief.
